Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026

ACTWTF (ACT Winning Tactics and Formulas) collects some information.

What we collect

You can use ACTWTF anonymously. We create an anonymous account with no email or password. If you choose to save your account, we collect the email and password you provide. Depending on what you enter, we may also store your target score, prior ACT/PreACT scores, ACT test date, timezone, and your practice session results (answers, timing, and flags). We also resolve your city and state from your IP address the first time you visit, to help us understand where our students are. We do not store or retain your IP address itself.

What we don't collect

We don't ask for your birthdate. Age eligibility is a checkbox you confirm at signup, not a data field we store. We don't collect payment information ourselves; if ACTWTF ever accepts payments or donations, that's handled directly by our payment processor, not stored on our servers.

Anonymous accounts

Anonymous accounts that go unused for an extended period are automatically and permanently deleted. If you want to keep your progress, save your account with an email and password before it's cleaned up.

Children under 13

ACTWTF is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.

How we use your data

We use your data to run your study plan, show your progress, and improve ACTWTF's content and features.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, we'll update this page and, where appropriate, ask you to review it again. Questions? Reach out through the contact option in your account settings.
